At Loop Earplugs, we want you to find your perfect fit and sound experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 100 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the earplugs and all original accessories back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
